- 6thStreet.com caters to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar.
- We accept Cash on Delivery, Debit Card, Credit Card, and My Cash as a method of Payment.
- Shipments will be delivered within 3-5 days for most of the areas.
- Once AWB (Air Way Bill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be informed by registered email and mobile number.
- A shipping and international shipping fee of
10 will be applied to orders below 100. - If all international market items in an order are canceled, the international shipping fee is refundable. However, if only some international items are canceled, the fee still applies and won’t be refunded.

- You can also visit the nearest respective Club Apparel store in the United Arab Emirates, and return the merchandise in unused, saleable condition, along with the original sale invoice.

We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/exchange/refund may not be possible. All goods can be returned within 14-days of you having made the purchase. Returned requests will be refunded in 7 working days after we receive the unused goods together with the original sales invoice.
Credit card payments will be refunded to the credit card account used when placing the original order in the event of a cancellation. We are not responsible for the time taken by the cardholder’s bank to credit/reverse the amount.
In case of return, the cash on delivery (COD) will be cash back for me which I can use for online purchases from 6thStreet. com. And remember my cash is good for a year from issuance.
Exchange
Exchange is applicable for products only with the face value equivalent to the merchandise to be exchanged. You can get an item exchanged for a size or colour different from it on both the application or the website or viaCustomer Care.
Upon arrival of the items in our facility after we pick it up from you (within 48 to 72 hours from pick up) and the returned items are all 9, we will ship out the Exchange Items immediately. Note: The items should be unused and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
